Electrospinning is a technology that uses electrostatic forces to produce ultra-thin fibers. Azdori has perfected this technology to apply it to the production of custom-made clothing.
Our patented system applies an electric field to a polymeric solution, creating an ultra-thin jet that solidifies in air, forming fibers with diameters in the order of nanometers or micrometers.
Unlike traditional methods, this technology allows us to create fabrics directly on a three-dimensional form, eliminating excess cuts and seams.
How Our Technology Works
A revolutionary process in four main phases.
Digital Measurement Acquisition
We use a proprietary app that creates a precise 3D model of the body through simple photos taken with a smartphone. This model is then used to create a personalized digital mannequin.
Physical Mannequin Creation
From the digital model, we produce a physical mannequin that exactly reproduces the shapes of the customer's body. This mannequin will serve as the base for creating the garment.
Robotic Electrospinning Process
A 6-axis robotic arm guides the electrospinning system with millimeter precision, depositing fibers directly onto the mannequin. The robot follows optimized paths calculated by our proprietary software, creating layers of fabric that perfectly adapt to the shape.
Finishing and Quality Control
Once the electrospinning process is complete, the garment undergoes a finishing treatment and rigorous quality control. Every detail is verified to ensure perfect adherence to the requested measurements and specifications.
